Stop / Start

22 May

Aaaaand we’re back. A little older, a little wiser, a little busier.

The LBB would like to welcome you to the end of May!

How did that happen, you ask? Well, when you break it down, it’s a simple matter of minutes, hours, and days flowing into weeks and months and before you know it, you’ve turned 30, started an internship project, and are attempting to keep green things alive on your balcony (more on that later, if any of them survive).

As you might have gathered from the lack of activity in this corner of the internet, I’m busy. Good busy, most days.

And that’s about all I have time to say. Except that I have lots of other things to say, but they’ll have to wait.

For now, let me leave you with two articles that I meant to post three weeks ago, in honour of my 30th birthday. (I know, it’s a big number. But it’s okay, we can talk about it).

You see these kinds of list articles all over the place these days: “10 ways to be a better _____,” “25 things every _______ should know,” etc. The internet fed me these two articles in particular just before my birthday, which leads me to believe that (a) the internet knows how old I am and (b) it wanted to send a gentle reminder that 30 isn’t such a bad thing, if you approach it with the right mindset.

So, without further ado: 30 things you should stop doing and 30 things you should start doing, (whether you’re a tricenarian or not).
